- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Hiya Mansurah reserves the right to cancel an appointment or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified, and rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where Hiya Mansurah fails to provide the agreed-upon service.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.
- Refund approvals are subject to a review of the case and Hiya Mansurah’s discretion.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited via the original payment method.
- Non-refundable services: Certain services, such as completed consultations or advisory services, may not be eligible for refunds.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, clients must contact us with the following details:
- Full name and contact details
- Service details and payment proof
- Reason for the refund request

4. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with professional advice if the service was provided as agreed.
- Digital or downloadable content, if offered, is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
